As a Senior Design Manager, you will understand the project design brief and work towards its successful delivery. You will oversee the workflow and deliverables for Project Designers, ensuring efficient delegation of tasks and effective communication within project teams. Additionally, you will participate in internal team meetings and brainstorming sessions, actively exploring and discussing creative concepts, and offering suggestions and solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of all design stages from concept to completion, a keen awareness of the design industry, and the ability to stay current with trends and developments. You should be a team player who is motivated and capable of motivating others.
