Plug. is a recruitment consultancy focused entirely on the luxury design market in the UK, North America and the Middle East. Established in 2020 by our Founder Jason Bailey, Plug. has helped to successfully grow teams at some of the world’s most renowned studios, from LA to London and Bangkok to Dubai.
We undertake a diligent briefing, sourcing and interview process with all clients and candidates to ensure the best possible outcome. We interrogate the role, the company culture, the ins-and-outs of the day-to-day. We get to know our candidates, their experience, their unique skills and quirky personality traits. The matchmaking is what you see, the rigour behind it is what drives our success.
Our Founder, Jason Bailey
Jason began his recruitment career in 1998 and co-founded Solution in 2006, before exiting and launching Plug. in 2020.
Having lived and breathed the interior design industry for the last 25 years, Jason has forged an unparalleled depth of industry knowledge and an unrivalled network of longstanding, trusted relationships.
